How to Use Your Sponsorship Portal

Welcome! Here you’ll find everything you need to know to get started with your Give Clarity Sponsorship Portal! As a child sponsor, this Portal will be the place you send and receive messages with your sponsored child.

If you are ready to log in for the first time, please use the link in your Child Sponsorship Welcome Email, or email Scott@livingstoneglobal.org to receive your specific invite link.

If you’re a returning Child Sponsor, you can use this link to get signed into Give Clarity: giveclarity.co/users/sign_in

When you click the link above or your customized first-time link, it will take you to a welcome page that looks like this:

Here you can set up your account–all it takes is a password.

Once you are logged in, you can see letters and posts on your user dashboard. Below is an example from my account:

How to Create Posts on Give Clarity

When you’re ready to write back, you can click the blue “Send Message” button in the top right portion of your screen.

On this screen, you will create your message using the following fields:

  • Title: Preferably, your title will be something that lets us know what your message is about (i.e. “Letter for Adam 2/21/24” or “Video Message: Romans 12:1”)
  • Audience: “Who can see this post?” only applies to those who generously sponsor more than 1 of our learners. If you have this as an option (see below), click the blue hyperlinked “change audience” in order to select which of your learners you’d like to contact.
  • Content: The content is the written portion of your message — you may either address it to us, or to your learner. For ideas on what to write or video about, check out our Tips for a Good Sponsor Letter blog or our Tips for a Good Sponsor Video blog.
  • Files: Files is where you can upload pictures or videos for your learners. If you’ve handwritten a letter and taken a picture of it, the blue “Upload” button is how you can attach those files to your message. This is also where your video recordings will be uploaded.
  • Save: Once you’re done, hit the blue “Save” button.

“Awaiting Approval”

Once you’ve hit “save” on your message, you’ll see that it has an “awaiting approval” status.

We review each and every message that comes through for our children. We deeply love and trust our sponsors, but we have a duty to protect the expectations of our students. Our aim is to work with our sponsors to ensure that our learners feel loved, seen, and respected. And similarly, we want to ensure that our donors aren’t taken advantage of by our students.

We’re excited about the connections you will have with your child through Give Clarity!

Give Clarity allows Living Stone Global to sit in the middle of the relationship between sponsor and learner, ensuring a smooth and protected relationship for both sides. It frees everyone up to focus on the important things – loving one another.

Immaculate, our Sponsorship Coordinator, and her team will review each message that comes in and out of Give Clarity.
